Session recording
Automatic recording and the information recorded
We automatically record eligible sessions to find and fix website problems, using masked replays on selected pages and predefined payout actions. Recording is controlled by server policy. We do not use this service for advertising or cross-brand tracking.
Recordings contain selected page structure, timing, a random recording identifier, a broad device category and predefined actions. Page text and form entries are masked or excluded. Names, account identifiers, amounts, payment details and identity documents are excluded from recording payloads. Payout pages have predefined action events only, with no visual replay.
These recordings are pseudonymous. Private server authentication, nonce and recording permission records bind capture to this browser and, where needed, your account. These private records are separate from the masked recordings. Authorized operations and marketing staff can review sanitized evidence and aggregates. Service processors support storage and analysis. Raw replay or image data is never sent to language models; automated summaries use minimized evidence.
Retention
Replay and action evidence is kept for up to 14 days. Minimized issue and report metadata is kept for up to 90 days. A private browser authority cookie lasts up to 120 days from creation or its last legacy explicit choice. Reading recording status does not renew it. A capture permission lasts at most 30 minutes. Historical consent proof records are retained for 90 days after receipt expiry. Automatic recording does not create a customer consent receipt.
Essential security, audit and financial records follow the general privacy policy and do not carry replay identifiers.
Privacy rights and contact
